Impact of COVID-19
Since COVID-19 put a stop to in person Events in Tokyo in February 2020, we have started Online Events, casual ‘fireside chat’ style Webinars, with people you know or would like to know in the Japan business community. Find the link join the next Webinar above.
There is every chance things are going to get tougher in Japan in business, in our work and professional lives as the crisis drags on into the future. Many businesses here, especially in the service industry are going to have trouble lasting until the end of the year. It is my hope the Business In Japan community will come together and share ideas on how to handle such an extreme disruption to business, shre resources for financial and other help, brainstorm ideas on staying afloat, making sales, retaining your best customers, pivoting business focus and revenue sources and keeping jobs, finding new ones and diversifying income.
How we plan to help
With BIJ Webinars we intend to provide attendees being impacted by the COVID19 crisis or preparing for impact, with interesting, potentially useful information they can use, and introduce GoodPeople in the BIJ Community to share their story; who they are, what they do, how you can help them, and how they can help you!
